Hydraulic vertical honing machines models SET YUM
Vertical honing machines ROBBI of the SET YUM line are designed to produce large allowances at a high speed and efficiency, always withstanding the tolerances.
Using vertical honing allows for better roundness than the horizontal honing, as well as lower need for coolant, as well as a very smooth surface.
Quick installation and easy use of these machines ensures their high performance. A rigid and strong spindle head is installed on the guides with an antifriction coating of Turcite type. Guides of column made of high-strength cast iron are hand-worked with scraping, the immediate and uniform abrasive action of the honing stones is provided by a smooth adjustment with the help of a hydraulic control system.
It is possible to work in manual and in automatic mode with a stop at the end of a working cycle. To increase the productivity of the machine the hydraulic clamping devices and a table for heavy parts can be supplied by request.
SET YUM machines are easy to operate, minimum operations for precision work and high quality work thanks to the rigid feeding of the honing head blocks. Coloring is possible in to any color at the customer's request.

BREAKING BELT AUTOMATIC STOP
System for verifying the integrity of the transmission belt.
Stopping the machine in case of breakage.
HONING STONES AUTOMATIC PRESSURE
Automatic cycle for adjusting the pressure of the stones and the ability to stop its location.
The cycle is particularly useful with conical or oval cylinders.
DISCONTINUITY AUTOMATIC DETECTION
The detection system of the absorbed power is used to detect the points of least effort and, therefore, points to a diameter of less.

Honing heads
The new range of hones was specially designed to achieve better results in removing the allowance and damping of vibrations. Honing tools have smooth hydraulic expansion - the expansion pressure uniformly and smoothly activates all the bars, which ensures the perfect and uniform abrasive action on the surface of the hole for the best honing results.
