Surface grinding and milling machines models VSC
A wide line of high-precision surfaces grinding and milling machines is made for machining the blocks, cylinder heads and other parts with a maximum length up to 2000 mm. The standard color is red, but any other color is also available at the customer's request.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
These machines are very compact, rigid and also have variable milling speeds, and hydraulically operated table mounting. There are 3 models - VSC1300, VSC1500 and VSC1800, differentiated by the maximum length of the work piece. All the machines have:
- Hydraulic table feed with variable speed.
- Spindle on adjustable roller bearings.
- Transmission from the engine to the spindle by a special belt.
- Separate cooling unit with tank, pump and filtration.
- Segmented grinding wheel with 8-12 segments for machining steel, cast iron and aluminum parts.
- Milling head with cutters.
- Main feed control.
