Inexpensive high precision machines are made for boring and grinding of the connecting rods bores. Can be delivered in any color at the customer's request. The machines are simple, easy to use and have micrometric adjustment tool calibration system.
The line of ROBBI machines for the connecting rods boring and grinding includes 5 models:
RO 55 / A - a simple inexpensive machine for boring the conrod bores with a diameter of 13-90 mm with 2 spindle speeds.
RO 55 / B - universal conrod boring machine for large connecting rods with bores of 13-160 mm diameter with 2 spindle speeds.
RO 55 / AS - machine for boring the conrod bores with diameter of 13-90 mm with infinitely variable spindle speed and feed.
RO 83 - a simple machine for internal grinding of the conrod bores with diameter of 13-90 mm.
STAR - machine for boring and internal grinding of the conrod bores with diameter of 13-160 mm with infinitely variable spindle speed and feed.
Technical features:
- Accurate and rapid centering of the connecting rod bore by a special device with dial indicator when the machine is working. The benefits are centering of different types of connecting rods in less than 20 seconds, and centering the same connecting rod in less than 10 seconds.
- High accuracy of the direct reading measuring device.
- A special quick tool that controls the conrod setting for boring and / or grinding.
- Main spindle mounted on adjustable antifriction precision bushings, specially designed for precise boring / grinding of all diameters.
- Spindle speed: slow for centering and fast for boring / grinding. Vertical adjustable fixture for rod connecting rods
- Fast and accurate grip and fastening of the connecting rod.
- Perfect parallelism between the conrod bores.
Conrod centering for boring, tool calibration, boring, centering for grinding.
Rough adjustment of the allowance for grinding, micrometric adjustment, final adjustment of the grinding diameter.
